THE EGYPT GROWTH CAPITAL FUND 

 

The Fund is focused on investing in businesses with proven business models and experienced, highly incentivized management teams. A secondary opportunistic focus is to provide a window to invest in earlier stage businesses. The fund is sector agnostic and can invest in traditional industries as well as newer sectors that can leverage technology or that have an innovative model. The Fund’s size is US$ 50 million, with the objective of investing in a balanced portfolio of approximately 15 SMEs. It is managed by a team based in Cairo supported by the broader RED platform including substantial centralized resources in Dubai.
